Operations Manager

Job Summary:

• Assist the General Manager with all daily operations of the venue, including personnel management, budgetary controls, inventory controls, customer service, and any other requirements which may impact operations
• Develop community relationships through memberships within local associations, Chamber of Commerce, volunteer opportunities, etc.
• Help in accomplishing personnel management activities necessary to ensure the center staff is hired, trained, scheduled, and provides quality customer service
• Promote a positive image of the center by maintaining a fun, safe, clean environment for customers and employees
• Supervises the work of all center employees and ensures that policies and thoroughly understood and clearly explained to employees
• To provide responsible and strong management skills to assist in directing different facets of the venue operation with direction from the General Manager.
• Other duties, as assigned

• 3-5 years of restaurant and/or management experience is highly desired
• 3-5 Years with FOH experience is highly desired
• 2 Years of management experience is required
• Ability to take direction, be receptive to employee inquiries, and foster a team environment
• Work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, and holidays, weather conditions
• Must have the ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift
• Must show up for all company-required meetings and scheduled shifts on time
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds regularly
• Must be a minimum of 21 years old
