The Estimator position is responsible for identifying, reviewing, and bidding on projects, ensuring quotes are compliant with terms and conditions of plans and specifications. Prepares comprehensive job analysis, proposals and bid preparation for contracting prospects. Utilizes “value engineering” principles, with the customer in mind, while using costing knowledge of company services in analyzing job requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year range, depending on experience bonus depending on the company's performance
