We’re a growing transportation company looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to work directly with the owner. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for someone bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and emails (English & Spanish)
- Manage appointments and coordinate truck services
- Assist with DOT compliance, insurance, and documentation
- Basic data entry and admin support
- Help the owner with daily business operations
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, PDFs, etc.)
- Proactive, responsible, and able to follow up on tasks
- Trustworthy with confidential information
Location: On-site in Burleson, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
