INSURANCE BENEFIT SALES CONSULTANT - (Del Ray Beach, Florida)

We are a fast paced growing benefits solutions and HR consulting organization with a tremendous history of success! Our offices are in Woodbridge, NJ and Delray Beach, Florida operating within a hybrid schedule.

We are seeking high energy, driven and motivated Insurance Benefit Sales Consultants and are searching for exceptional hands-on/self-starter sales professionals to join our results oriented team to expand our Del Ray Beach,. Florida territiory!

You will commence your on-site training period in our NJ office followed by a flexible hybrid operating schedule to ensure we can set our new hire up for success.

What we’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Benefit Insurance Sales Consultant with a proven and successful sales track record, and preferably a book of business
• Ability to be tenacious about cold calling and closing business deals strategically while partnering with our Benefits Accounts Management team
• A passion for excellence and a desire to join a supportive, family-oriented company
• Proficiency in key software tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000 aligned with experience

Supplemental Pay:

• Generous Quarterly Bonus

Experience:
