Job Summary

The individuals who do work for us and our clients are our number one priority. We are looking for an as needed Front Desk Fill-in /Float person to create a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This position is on an as needed basis only with no set or guaranteed hours. The successful candidate must have flexibility to provide coverage when needed Monday – Friday, between 8 am – 5 pm onsite in Mesa, Arizona. An onsite training period will be necessary for the position. Being Bi-lingual is a plus.

Essential Functions

• Examine and verify documentation of new incoming patients.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Working within a dental/medical EHR system.
• Discuss procedures completed and accept and post payments for procedures.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of data and office technology.
• Perform additional daily tasks and/or special projects as necessary.

Qualifications

• Dental front desk experience with knowledge of dental procedures is a plus.
• Experience with multiple dental/medical software.
• Acute attention to detail, strives for accuracy.
• Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and customer service skills.
• Availability for normal business hours from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday.
