Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Dealer Sales Rep to drive sales growth by building relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators. This role bridges the gap between the design community and the countertop fabrication industry, ensuring our products are specified, purchased, and successfully integrated into projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the design and building process, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Relationship Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, fabricators, and developers.
Maintain a consistent route with customer visits
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing product inquiries, project requirements, and design challenges.
Work with clients to incorporate products into specifications for both residential and commercial projects.
2. Sales Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
Manage a pipeline of opportunities from project specification to completion.
Monitor and follow up on project leads to ensure the company’s products are included in bids and purchase orders.
3. Specification and Product Promotion
Educate architects, designers, builders, and fabricators on the features, benefits, and applications of the company’s products.
Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and showroom tours to showcase solutions to clients.
Manage, organize, and update product sample inventory to reflect current offerings
Work closely with the design community to specify products into their plans and ensure builder adoption.
4. Project Management
Track projects through all stages of development, from design to construction, ensuring product specifications are upheld.
Provide support for builders during product installation or implementation.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to builders and contractors.
5. Market Analysis and Reporting
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and construction projects in the region.
Provide regular updates on market conditions and client feedback to the sales and product teams.
Maintain detailed records in CRM systems, including client interactions, project stages, and sales progress.
6. Collaboration
Work closely with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns, events, and promotional materials targeted at the A&D and builder community.
Partner with other sales representatives to ensure seamless client support and maximize revenue opportunities.
