Security Alarm Foreman

Here's what you'll do:

• Oversee installation of CCTV, Access Control, and Burglary security systems, identifying any potential issues.
• Provides advance system programming and/or troubleshooting of CCTV, Access Control, and Burglary systems.
• Manage and lead a team of security system installers, provide training when needed
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to keep the project moving forward.
• Ensure adherence to project plans and safety protocols
• Train and develop your team on industry standards and products
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation

To be considered you must have:

1. 10 years experience in security system installation
2. Ability to program CCTV systems and/or access control systems
3. 4 years of leadership experience
4. High school diploma (or equivalent)
5. Valid California Driver's License and auto insurance
6. Ability to work weekends and OT, as needed
7. Proven leadership and team management skills
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Strong technical knowledge of security systems and low-voltage wiring
10. Experience with specific security brands (Lenel, Honeywell, etc.)
11. Punctuality and a positive attitude

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
• Walk, drive, bend, stoop, hear, and speak
• Move/transport/install/remove items weighing 50 pounds
• Drive for 2 hours in a work shift/day
• You may work at extreme heights occasionally, and an indoor environment under all temperature variations.
• Confined spaces may occasionally be required.
• Work is performed on construction sites, in commercial buildings, high rise buildings, and/or hospitals with patient contact.
