Position Summary:
The Bartender/Server is integral to the guest experience and is responsible for providing a high-quality service-oriented environment. The Bartender/Server provides food and beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 1-2 years of bartending experience preferred
- Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
- Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
- Must have strong customer/guest orientation
- Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies
- Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
- Assures that all laws applicable to food and beverage operations are consistently followed
- Provides food and beverage service to guests
- Prepares and serves food as needed
- Collects payment for food and drinks served
- Greets and provides immediate attention to guests
- Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
- Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
- Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
