Compensation: $16 - $24/hour DOE
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Candidate must be 21 years plus
- 1 years of cooking experience
- Experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition
- Understanding of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Understands functions of Point of Sale (POS )/ Phone system
- Demonstrates Proper Cash Handling and turn in standards
- Understands and demonstrates proper side work and cleanliness standards
- Demonstrates proper service sequence with guests and understands
- Understands dining room flow mechanics
- Understands reservations procedures
- Understands how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to take direction
