What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chicken Grille Person position at Tropical Grille Corporate LLC?
General Purpose:
Ensures chicken is cooked to accurate temperature and restaurant and caterings have enough chicken for their designated shift
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Adhere to DHEC and Tropical Grille rules and regulations
- Adhere to Tropical Grille Recipes
- Assist putting away truck orders
- Communicating with management if help is needed
- Ensure proper rotation and labeling of food, FIFO
- Maintain cleanliness of grille, including wall, floor, and table underneath as well as grille tools and hoods
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and freshness
- Marinating chicken
- Prepare caterings
- Breaking down and cleaning grille
- Responsibilities are not limited to direct job description; we expect all team members to perform any additional tasks asked of them by management
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of food safe temperatures
- Urgency

- Basic knife skills
- Muti-tasking
Physical Job Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Physical dexterity required to clean work areas
- Able to work in hot kitchen environment
