As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the company by maintaining accurate financial records and performing various clerical tasks. Starting Pay is $24 DOE
*Duties*
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare and process invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed
*Experience*
- Must have experience with Quickbooks Desktop and/or Online
- Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to use computerized accounting systems and databases for data entry and retrieval
- Experience with file management and data collection is a plus
