We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our team and help manage our daily operations. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner, and providing feedback and guidance to employees. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain a positive work environment and ensure that customer service standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve daily goals.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Train and develop team members to meet company standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all shift operations run smoothly.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
