Requirements as a Shift Leader of the brand you must be able to:
- Leadership Traits and a Friendly Face
- Operate shifts (open and/or close) and ensure guest satisfaction is met as well as our cleanliness standards are maintained
- Maintain food safety standards throughout the shifts
- Ability to maintain/understand labor cost
REQUIREMENTS
- Preparing smoothies and food that meets our specifications and high-quality standards in a timely manner
- Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” that ensures the customer is completely satisfied with the experience
- Maintain a cafe that ensures that our customers have a pleasant visit
