Crew and Shift Leader

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and energetic Crew and Shift Leader to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth daily operations, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food. • Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly from food prep to customer service.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet established standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling procedures using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately and responsibly.
• Support inventory control efforts by monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, and minimizing waste.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to develop their skills in food handling, customer service, and restaurant procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices and cleanliness standards.

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred; experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with supervising or management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to train and develop team members effectively.
• Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, inventory control, and food safety protocols.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
