Our General Managers will perform alongside our crew members to provide excellent service and high-quality food in a clean, friendly, and fun atmosphere while providing guidance and direction for the crew.
As a General Manager, responsibilities include:
- Preparing fresh fruit and food items daily
- Making delicious wraps, sandwiches, our signature smoothies
- Maintaining equipment and keeping the cafe up to brand standards
- Providing direction and motivation as well as training and coaching the crew on a daily basis
- Ordering and receiving inventory
- Scheduling crew members
- Being able to work shifts if no coverage can be found
- Training new crew members
- Driving initiatives provided by the District Manager
