We are looking to add a Crew Leader to our Fall River location. The Crew Leader will assist in the development of the team and deliver unparalleled hospitality. The ideal candidate must lead with operational excellence and exceptional service, as well as uphold all brand standards.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Must have a flexible schedule.
Able to deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer .
Demonstrate ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house.
Can train and coach crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld
Basic computer skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Servsafe® Certification preferred but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
