Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using Harmony Restaurants' core values.
- Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality to every guest who visits our café.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for food and smoothies.
- Assemble and serve smoothies and meals to Tropical Smoothie Café standards.
- Follow proper sanitation and food safety practices during food prep and service.
- Set up and monitor smoothie and food workstations.
- Maintain a clean and organized café, including kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and workstations.
- Operate the POS register system accurately, take guest orders, and handle cash responsibly.
- Adhere to all brand safety and security policies.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support café operations.

- Safely navigate and operate within a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
