Escape Room Game Master

## Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Game Master to join our team. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through interactive gameplay and exceptional customer service.

## Responsibilities
- Facilitate immersive gaming experiences for players
- Manage game flow and provide hints or clues as needed
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and host special events or themed parties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within game rooms

## Skills
- Strong conflict management skills to handle various in-game situations
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Exceptional customer service abilities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Proficient in public speaking to engage players and set the game atmosphere
- Experience in guest services to provide a welcoming environment
- Background in theater or events management for creative storytelling
- Knowledge of food service operations for hosting events with catering options
- Experience working with children to ensure age-appropriate interactions

Qualifications
- Customer service and guest services experience
- Proficiency in cash handling
- Events management background
- Lifeguard training and experience with children

- Public speaking and theater experience
- Strong organizational and management abilities
- Previous roles in catering or food service
- Familiarity with hospitality or resort environments

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
