We are currently seeking a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) to join our team of skilled caregivers.

Key Responsibilities of the STNA:
- Provide compassionate, daily nursing care for assigned residents under the direction of the Charge Nurse (RN/LPN).
- Adhere to facility protocols, as well as federal and state regulations, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
- Provide compassionate, daily nursing care to assigned residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met under the direction of the Charge Nurse (RN/LPN).
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, including physical, mental, and emotional health, to the Charge Nurse.
- Help with resident transportation within the facility, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
- Support residents in maintaining their dignity and independence while providing encouragement and empathy.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, ensuring compliance with facility standards and state/federal regulations.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety standards, and facility policies to promote a safe and clean environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members, fostering a team-oriented approach to patient care.
- Engage with residents and their families, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure a positive care experience.
Qualifications:
- Current, valid STNA license.
