Your Role: Individuals in this position are part of a team that is responsible for the daily operation of the coating line production system. This includes system control and determining and adjusting process parameters. Also responsible for assisting in development of work instructions, performing audits to work instructions, training and certifying team members and assisting in special projects.
Your Team: Your peers include smart and capable Process Technicians with strong will to win. They are determined to move projects to completion in a fast paced environment. You will also hit the ground running, adding business impact from day one.
About You: You must have strong attention to detail, math aptitude, and computer skills; a high sensitivity to on-time deliverables; the ability to understand and follow work processes, and to lead and motivate others in a positive manner, in a highly diverse workforce. In addition, the ideal candidate will have:
1. Demonstrated ability to use analytical equipment and computers.
2. Two years work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
3. Familiarity with the operation and control of a vacuum system. Process Control experience a plus.
4. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Quality systems preferred.
