The Role: Hit the Pavement & Win

This isn’t a "hard close" sales role; your mission is to be the face of TRU72, spark interest, and set the stage for our expert technicians and specialists.

• Engage & Connect: Proactively knock on doors to introduce our services and identify homeowners in need of better indoor comfort.
• Build Rapport: Use your natural charm to foster trust and offer reliable solutions for heating and cooling needs.
• Deliver Compelling Pitches: Confidently communicate the benefits of choosing TRU72 for home comfort and efficiency.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation goals.
• Stay Sharp: Participate in team meetings and training to share techniques and stay aligned with our mission of total home comfort.

• Base Pay: $20.00 hourly  Uncapped Bonus Opportunities
• Average Earners: Take home an additional $1,500 – $3,000 monthly in bonuses.
• Top Performers: Exceed $4,000 monthly in bonuses.
