```Duties```
- Install various landscape features such as plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscape elements
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
- Irrigate gardens and lawns to ensure proper hydration for plants
- Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
```Qualifications```
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate landscaping equipment
- Experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping preferred
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with tree care techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
