What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director of Operations-Residential Group Home position at TruCare Homes, LLC?

The Director of Operations works with the Chief Operating Officer (CEO) to maintain the overall growth and development of TruCare Homes, LLC. The Director of Operations is responsible for working alongside the CEO to oversee the strategic plan of the organization with a direct impact on its program development. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the CEO.

General Purpose:

Works with CEO to fulfill the strategic development and mission of the organization.

· Responsible for collaborating with the CEO to represent TruCare Home, LLC (TCH) in a manner that supports and guides the organization’s mission as defined by the CEO.

· Responsible for communication effectively with our CEO; providing, in a timely and accurate manner, all strategic updates on programs, infrastructure, risk assessment and growth development – and other pertinent information necessary for the CEO/company to function forward in the field of community mental health services.

Education and Experience

· Associates degree from accredited college and university.

· Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience

· Experience with implementation of corrective action programs

· Product or industry-specific experience

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases

· Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA

· Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements

· Transparency and high-integrity leadership style

· Principles of organization, administration, personnel management, and training.

· Expertise in budgeting fiscal organizational planning

· People Mastery, Strong organizational abilities including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation.

· Leadership: includes knowing when to lead and when to work effectively as part of the Leadership team; must role model excellence.

· Ability to convey a vision of TruCare Homes, LLC strategic future to staff, board, volunteets and donors and other community constituents.

· Skills to collaborate with and motivate staff and other volunteers

· Policy and Procedures. Know laws and regulations governing this industry, strong written and oral communication skills to help create and present policies and procedures.

· Organize and review department reports; make recommendations for continued growth and development or organization as a whole and departmentally, where necessary.

· Data Analysis. Ability to help create aggregate measures of progress and gaps analyses.

· Ability to interface and engage with diverse groups

· Demonstrated ability to oversee and collaborate with staff.

· Flexibility. Requires working with change using vision, strategy, and innovation.

Organizations Operations Job Responsibilities

Oversees and implements appropriate resources to ensure that the operations of the organization are appropriate. Optimizes operational systems, processes and policies, management reporting, information flow, business process improvement and organizational planning.

· Responsible effective administration of TruCare Homes, LLC operations.

· Confers with CEO regarding problems and progress in their functional areas; reviews and edits reports, analyzes recommendations in progress and ensures final reports are submitted to the Chief Executive Officer.

· Fosters improved collection and use of client and industry data for strategic business decisions and organizational branding.

· Responsible for signing all notes, agreements, and other instruments made and entered into and on behalf of the organization.

Strategic Planning:

Contributes to short and long-term strategic planning and the identification of potential new markets and lines of business funding opportunities.

· Confers with CEO regarding problems and progress in their functional areas; reviews and edits reports, analyzes recommendations in progress and ensures final reports are submitted to Chief Executive Officer.

· Fosters improved collection and use of client and industry data for strategic business decisions and organizational branding.

· Responsible for signing notes, agreements, and other instruments made and entered into and on behalf of the organization.

Risk Management Job Responsibilities

Risk management in residential comprises the clinical and administrative systems, processes, and reports employed to detect, monitor, assess, mitigate, and prevent risks. The Risk Manager will oversee the organizations comprehensive insurance and risk management program, assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security, or financial success of the organization.

Quality Assurance are responsible for the training of Residents and staff for their overall quality of care. The role of a risk manager is to identify and prevent potential issues that could compromise individual care. These professionals have varying responsibilities depending on their experience and the facility where they work. Their expertise allows health organizations to optimize processes, improve individual care and reduces incidents.

The Risk management program is an integrated system-wide program to ensure the safety of individuals, employees, visitors, and others through identification, mitigation, early detection, monitoring, evaluation, and control of risks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
