What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERVICE ADVISOR position at Truck Center Companies?
Job Duties:
- Project a positive, helpful and professinoal attitude to our customer.
- Enter customer infromation in repair order.
- Schedule appointments.
- Follow up wiht customer throughout repairs.
- If additional work is needed, explain the details to the customer, including additional costs and time.
- Inform customer of completion and provide completed repair order.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR JOB:
A. Must have excellent reading skills and legible handwriting.
B. Must have familiarity with computers.
C. Must have excellent communication skills.
D. Must have a valid driver’s license.
