Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update inventory records using internal systems
- Organize and stock materials in appropriate storage locations
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams as needed
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is complete and accurate
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure installers have all the necessary products to ensure job completion
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate forklift or pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
