As an Field Service Technician at TRUE, you will be responsible for providing support for a variety of premium fitness machines, both in the field and in the office.
If you are a self-starter with excellent comprehension skills and a knack for problem solving, TRUE is for you!
Who you are:
- Someone with 5-7 years experience using multi-meters and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components, 110v-220v and 3 phase experience is a must.
- A computer whiz, especially with Windows based applications
- Organized. You will be in control of scheduling and invoicing repairs
What you'll be doing:
- Troubleshooting operational issues for premium fitness equipment
- Providing exceptional customer service, both externally and internally
- Communicating status updates to all necessary parties
- Travelling to complete repairs. 65% travel, 35% in office/desk work
- Assisting with field installation projects as needed
- Maintaining an updated knowledge base for all products, past, present, and future
