DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client needs.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the company's products or services and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and recommendations for adapting sales strategies accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required: (Database Software (Access; Internet Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Design Software; Order Processing Systems; Project Management Software; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and Publisher software (recommended).
