What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Attendant position at True REST Float Spa - Napa?
We are seeking a Float Therapy Consultant/Spa Attendant (Float Consultant) for True REST Float Spa in Napa, CA. We need a part-time individual that is willing to work unsupervised in a busy float spa on weekends and weekdays - at least 20 -30 hours/week (five 5.5 hour shifts though may be up to 6 hrs or less than 5.5 hours depending on float schedule for closing shifts). Evening shifts are generally from 5:45pm until 10:45 pm. Afternoon shifts are generally 1:15pm until 6:15 pm. Morning shifts are generally 8:00am until 2 pm . Weekend availability is mandatory.
The ideal candidate for this position ideally has experience in customer service and hospitality and is a quick learner and lover of multi-tasking and working independently. Our spa is clean to a surprising degree and maintaining a clean, soothing, and healing space is of the utmost importance. This individual also exhibits exceptional execution of the policies and procedures identified for all operations of the spa, including; attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, time management skills, passion for floating, consistent sales performance, outstanding client care and customer service in all areas, and is willing to become an expert in flotation therapy.
