Job Summary :

The Innovation Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and evaluation of new products and line extensions that create value for consumers. This role involves identifying opportunities, generating and selecting solutions, developing and testing prototypes, launching innovations, and measuring outcomes to drive continuous improvement. The Innovation Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of innovation projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage an innovation strategy and pipeline to deliver against company growth objectives.
• Collaborate with the ideation team & facilitate meetings to identify opportunities and define project scope.
• Lead the stage-gate process to ensure timely and efficient execution of innovation projects.
• Utilize consumer, shopper, and customer insights to evaluate size of prize and inform innovation decisions, including building a multi-year pipeline
• Establish key performance metrics to track the success of innovation efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners across different steps of the innovation process.
• Manage cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch new products and services.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Take a hands-on approach to drive innovation from concept to execution.
• Build and present a sell-in story to internal stakeholders and eventually customer.
• Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance team to build high-level P&Ls
• Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
