Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Mid-Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing wellness, aesthetics, and weight loss clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about integrative medicine and possess or be willing to develop expertise in aesthetic procedures, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight loss protocols, evidence-based supplement use, and patient-centered care via in-person and telemedicine formats.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform comprehensive patient consultations for weight loss, hormone balancing, wellness support, and aesthetics.
· Diagnose and manage hormone imbalances through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and/or testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
· Develop and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate nutrition, peptide therapy, hormone support, and evidence-based supplement regimens.
· Recommend and educate patients on high-quality, science-backed supplements to support their wellness goals, including inflammation reduction, metabolic support, gut health, and detoxification.
· Perform or assist with aesthetic treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP, and others (training provided if needed).
· Conduct telemedicine visits and patient follow-ups by phone or video to monitor ongoing progress, lab results, and compliance.
· Document all care thoroughly and accurately within the EMR system (e.g., Charm EHR).
· Collaborate with the medical team to ensure holistic, safe, and results-oriented patient care.
· Stay current on emerging research and best practices in wellness therapies, aesthetics, hormone optimization, and supplement science.
Qualifications:
· Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in [State].
· DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
· 1–3 years of experience preferred in primary care, endocrinology, integrative health, aesthetics, or weight loss.
· Familiarity with or willingness to train in hormone replacement therapy (BHRT, TRT).
· Interest in or prior experience recommending therapeutic-grade supplements and nutraceuticals.
· Excellent clinical judgment, patient education, and communication skills.
· Proficiency with EMR systems and telemedicine platforms.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
· Knowledge of peptide therapy and IV nutrient therapy.
· Training or certification in aesthetic procedures (injectables, lasers, microneedling, etc.).
· Familiarity with Charm EHR.
· Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.
