What are the responsibilities and job description for the TWB RENDERING BLOOD DRIVER position at True West Beef LLC?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and shovel raw material
- Assist the team to maintain a clean area
- Be able to operate control panels and steam valves for cooker system
- Communicate with Press Operator throughout shift to ensure procedures are being followed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis
- Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have knowledge of all areas of the ByProducts plant
- Be detail orientated
- Must be able to work in a hot environment
- Be able to stand undesirable aromas
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- Preferred experience working in a rendering plant
