Must-Haves As The Patent Litigation Associate
- 2-5 years of patent litigation experience
- Strong organizational and writing skills
- Excellent academic credentials, including an undergraduate science degree
- Admission to relevant state bar(s)
- Passion for excelling in a dynamic law firm environment
Nice-To-Haves As The Patent Litigation Associate
- Experience with trial proceedings and expert witness preparation
- Familiarity with multiple jurisdictions' patent litigation procedures
- Advanced degree in a scientific or technical field
