Truesdell Corporation has been repairing, restoring, protecting, maintaining, and strengthening concrete structures for over 40 years and has grown rapidly over the past several years. We are dedicated to our clients; we celebrate our wins, and we have fun while we do it! We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team.This candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and quickly able to switch gears. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in an open environment with our fast-paced team and is excited about the opportunity to advance within our company.

WHAT WE DO:

Truesdell Corporation is a leading concrete repair and restoration company. Our main projects are bridge top deck repairs and overlays nationwide. We are a specialized niche in the bridge repair market and have grown even in difficult economies.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering telephones and transferring calls. All calls should be handled with a professional attitude.
  • Greet our customers and guests and assist with their needs.
  • Distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and administrating of the overnight shipments.
  • Manage office equipment and corporate phone list.
  • Assist the Contract Manager and the Subcontract Administrator with general administration duties.
  • Log Vehicle Registrations and provide DOT Manager for processing.
  • Complete required pre-project forms and distribution to Accounting, Payroll and Project Management Departments.
  • Fax distribution to Estimating Department.
  • Manage and order office supplies.
  • General filing, scanning and creating necessary file folders.
  • Prepare conference room for meetings.
  • Administer the Corporate Lodging Account and make hotel reservations.
  • Obtain City/County Business Licenses as requested.

What You Will Bring to Us:

  • Minimum of 3yrs as an administrative assistant or receptionist.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 2021.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Customer service focused with a can-do attitude.

Employment type: Full-time in office. The hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm. The dress is business casual.
