Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Employee Benefits Account Manager located in Stockton, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will handle day-to-day client interactions, manage benefits accounts, and assist with claims. They will also be responsible for conducting market analysis, preparing renewal proposals, and ensuring compliance with new legislation. The role requires maintaining effective communication with clients and carriers to provide superior service and achieve long-term partnership goals.
