Position Overview & Responsibilities:
Tru Fit Athletic Club is seeking motivated, high energy Group Fitness Instructors to lead our members, in a group environment, through a format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength and endurance.
- Create a motivational and fun environment while teaching.
- Correct form and routine to accommodate all fitness levels.
- Develop positive relationships with gym members.
Programs may include:
- Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Yoga, Step, Les Mills and much more!
Requirements
- A valid nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (ex. NASM, ISSA, ACE).
- CPR certified.
- 1 years of experience teaching group fitness classes.
- Offer consistent start and end time for all classes.
- Always maintain a positive attitude towards members.
- Positively promote the gym and services offered.
- Energetic personality.
- Excellent motivational skills.
