Overview
TruHands Home Support LLC is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs)to provide specialty infusion and vascular access servicesto patients in the Buffalo, NY area. This role supports Pharmko infusion contractsand requires strong acute-care clinical expertisewith the ability to work independently in the field.
This opportunity is ideal for hospital- or ICU-trained nursesseeking flexible, high-paying infusion work.
Schedule
- As needed / Per diem
- Weekly patient assignments provided by TruHands Home Support LLC
Scope of Practice & Required Competencies Infusion Therapies
- Antibiotic infusions
- TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition)
- IVIG
- Subcutaneous Immunoglobulin (Sub-Q Ig)
Vascular Access – Maintenance
- PICC lines
- Midlines
- Port-a-Cath
- Hickman / Broviac catheters
Additional Responsibilities
- Hourly infusion visits
- Weekly laboratory draws and catheter care
- Start-of-care assessments
- Weekly follow-up visits
- Accurate, timely documentation compliant with infusion pharmacy and payer requirements
Requirements
- Active New York State RN license
- 1–2 years of ICU or acute hospital experience
- Strong IV, central line, and infusion therapy skills
- Ability to work independently in home and community settings
- Reliable communication and documentation practices
