Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturer in Hartford, WI with their search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a career, temp-to-hire, position offering a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite). Compensation is estimated at $24.00 - $26.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating invoices
- Applying and auditing payments
- Credit memos and adjustments
- Investigating and approving deductions
- Collections
- Account reconciliation
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3 years of prior Accounts Receivable (or relevant collections) experience required
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- ERP experience required
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Associates degree preferred
