About the Role:
Are you an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys helping others succeed? Truline Corporation is looking for a New Driver Onboarding Specialist to join our Recruiting Department. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming driver applicants and play a key part in ensuring every new driver starts their journey with Truline on the right foot.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first line of support for driver applicants.
- Review and screen driver applications.
- Communicate with applicants to complete any missing information.
- Forward completed applications to management for hiring approval.
- Schedule new hires for orientation and prepare onboarding materials.
- Support the recruiting team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
What You Bring:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with recruiting best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn TruckRight software (training provided).
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
