What You’ll Do
As an AVP, Branch Manager, you’ll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys:
- Lead, coach, and manage a branch team to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Drive membership growth and small business relationships within the local market.
- Ensure branch compliance with all policies and procedures while managing operational integrity.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Actively participate in community activities to promote TruMark Financials’ brand and mission.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience in financial services.
- Experience: 5 years in a supervisory role within a financial institution, with a proven record in sales.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities, as well as technical aptitude in Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
