- TCESC teachers work a 184- day contract.
- TCESC pays 90 percent of a teacher’s healthcare premium each month.
- You accrue paid sick leave with also having three personal days per year.
- TCESC pays for a $50,000 life insurance policy.
- Funds are available for partial tuition reimbursement.
- TCESC provides a mentor and a structured program for resident educators.
- Each classroom has at least one classroom assistant. There are counselors also working in many of our ED classrooms.
