About TLS

Trump Lender Services ("TLS") is a professional firm of auditors, performing collateral field examinations on behalf of regional and national lending institutions of their existing and prospective commercial borrowers. We have earned national recognition as a top tier provider of field exams throughout our 25-year history.

Our team performs field exams in a wide range of industries and field examination programs. Commercial borrower industries include manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and service companies throughout the US, with a large concentration in Southeastern PA and New Jersey.

Our standard scope for asset-based field exams includes a detailed review of the commercial borrower’s accounts receivable and inventory collateral. We also review other components of the borrower’s books and records such as accounts payable and cash. Each field exam concludes with a comprehensive report with our findings and recommendations for the lending institution which engaged our services.
