The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and daily operations. You’ll handle communication, scheduling, project tracking, and TrustCentric’s online community platform support with excellence and care. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and values-driven.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the CEO’s email and calendar with clarity and responsiveness
  • Track and organize internal projects using Monday.com
  • Schedule and coordinate client calls, team meetings, and speaking engagements
  • Support our Circle community platform by updating content and engaging members
  • Draft, edit, and format presentations, proposals, and communication using Google Workspace and Canva
  • Assist with travel planning and logistics
  • Organize and send thoughtful client gifts and onboarding packages
  • Handle light financial tasks such as invoices and expense tracking
  • Continuously improve systems and support team alignment

Qualifications
  • 3 or more years in an executive assistant or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and Zoom
  • Experience with project management tools (preferably Monday.com)
  • Familiarity with community platforms like Circle (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Available for flexible work hours and possible, minimal travel
