Travel (Pharmacist) - Management

• 36 months of Management experience is required from any number of months. Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Nights and some weekends BS or Doctoral degree PharmD preferred; 1-year residency 3 yrs exp Looking for a person that has experience in a retail environment (high volume, fast-paced) as a supervisor, does not designate they will only work days, has been a supervisor in multiple places for a period of time (1 year or more), has great people skills, has contemporary skills such as vaccines, anticoagulation, diabetes programs, BP programs. Has solid experience with inventory management and excellent employee engagement skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage including coaching, discipline, and performance evaluations. Someone who listens and responds to staff i.e. that they have a voice. Strong clinical skills. Omnicell experience would be preferred. Experience with different systems or transitioning to different systems. Solid scheduling experience Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred Must be able to successfully pass and background and drug screen 2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission Certifications:
