**Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Scrub Color: Unit-Based.
Skillset required: Lines, Drains Neuro embolization/ strokes, prostate artery embolization, TACE,BRTO, Gastric-tubes, Neph tubes, fistulagrams Arteriogram, Moderate sedation.
Must have neuro experience 2-3 years’ experience in respective area/specialty
L1 Trauma experience preferred, but L2 will be considered.
Return policy is 1 year for previous permanent staff.
TGH only accepts medical exemptions signed by a physician
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• VI (Vascular Interventional Radiography)
