**Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Is on-call required? Yes Night/Weekend rotating call schedule
Are weekends required? Yes On-call coverage
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? Approx 15 exams per day
Special requirements: Pediatric experience preferred
Are 48 hours approved: No
Type of Facility: Children’s Hospital / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
Scrub Color: All RN- Navy / RRTs: Galaxy Blue/Royal Blu
Parking Cost: Free in any unrestricted space. Bike racks available
MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR.
Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Facility does not accept Nursys or BG hits
Return Staff Policy can return after 3 months
***Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.***
Maximum days off: 7 days
2 references from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS))
