Job Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Trusted Ally Home Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our Business Development Team by driving lead generation, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments. Your primary responsibilities will focus on prospecting, nurturing relationships, and qualifying leads to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities for our business development team to follow up on and close.Major Job Functions:
- Implement call strateiges for qualifying leads and setting appointments
- Work closely with Community Outreach Representatives to ensure prompt and consistent follow-up
- CRM Usage: Promptly and appropriately enter and assign all qualified leads in Salesforce
- Provide clear expectations to each new lead before appointment setting
- Utilize Ring Central for all external phone communication with prospects
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency of CRM tools including Microsoft Excel sheets and Salesforce
- 2-5 years of cold-calling sales experience required
- Department of Labor-specific experience preferred
