The Pediatric Center, founded in 1957, is a well-respected private pediatric practice in beautiful, historic Frederick, MD.
We are seeking experienced, full or part time pediatric nurse practitioner to join our team, a blend of physicians and pediatric nurse practitioners across 5 locations in Frederick County. Frederick is a family-oriented community in a growing area with easy access to DC/Baltimore.
The average length of employment for our staff is 10 years. We pride ourselves on not only taking care of patients but taking care of one another and we respect that everyone needs a healthy work-life balance.
About the position:
- A full-time schedule is 4 days per week total with rotation through one evening shift on Monday and 1 Saturday shift per month.
- Will also consider part-time which will include sharing coverage for Saturday shifts.
- You will see an average of 18-22 patients per day.
- No call or hospital responsibilities. We are open on holidays and coverage is shared among all providers.
- Triage nurses on staff act as liaisons communicating with our families. You will not have a voicemail or patient messages to check.
