Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend including holiday rotation if scheduled.
On Call Requirements: No Call.
Blocked scheduling cannot be promised/accommodated at this time. Clinician must be flexible with scheduling.
At least two years of SNF/LTC, Med Surg experience .
This is a challenging location to work at. This need is not for LPN’s that may have difficulty handing high paced/stress climate.
It is Imperative travelers clock out, or they won’t be compensated for that shift until a dispute is resolved.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Certifications

- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- 24 months of Long Term Care experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
- Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission).
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
