Medical Surgical Unit - Registered Nurse - $2,216 per week

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience

• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
  
  

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed per department needs.

Special Requirements: Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management.

Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Patient Diagnoses: GI Bleed Bowel obstruction colon cancer bowel resection Diverticulitis cholecystitis alcohol withdraw appendicitis pancreatitis

Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
