Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum experience: 2 years acute care as a Social Worker Case Manager in a hospital setting
• Skills required: management of a case load of 15-18 patients (may flex higher/lower based on complexity and length of shift), Social Work generalist skills: psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, competency assessments, mental health evaluations, suicide risk assessments and safety planning; soft skills: interprofessional collaborative practice, multitasking and time management, documentation and communication skills, ability to adapt, flexibility with different floors/units or assignments, and experience with these social drivers of health is a huge plus: cultural diversity/bilingual care engagement, homeless, substance use disorder, poverty.

Required Credentials: LICSW WA license is highly preferred, will accept LASW, LSWAIC, LSWAA, or LICSW-P (probationary)

Shift & Scheduling:

• Scheduling: weekend rotation: at least every other weekend, may flex depending on staffing needs
• On call? No
• Shift times: 10H 0700-1730; potential for overtime, offered to perm staff first

Floating Requirements: Floating: throughout hospital.
